If Something Feels Off
You’re doing what you’re supposed to do. Showing up. Handling things. Keeping it together. But something feels off.
You might feel:
disconnected from yourself
overwhelmed in ways you can’t explain
stuck in patterns that don’t feel like you anymore
tired of carrying so much, quietly
This isn’t something to “fix.” It’s something to understand.
This space is for you if:
you’re thoughtful, self-aware, and reflective
you’ve outgrown surface-level conversations
you want clarity, not just coping
you’re ready to understand yourself in a deeper way
Real understanding. Lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia. I work with adults who are navigating internal complexity; emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, identity questions, or seasons of life that feel unclear or misaligned.
Many of the people I work with are used to functioning well on the outside, but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain underneath.
How I work
I bring a calm, grounded presence into the work. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and emotionally attuned. You won’t be rushed, analyzed, or given a list of things to “fix.” Instead, we create space to explore, understand, and make sense of your experience.
I take a faith based approach that sees people as inherently valuable, capable of growth, and deserving of compassion and care. Faith is never imposed in our work together. For those who wish to incorporate it, it can be explored thoughtfully. For those who don’t, therapy remains fully centered on your needs and goals.
Psychotherapy
Depth-oriented therapy for emotional, relational, and internal work.
This is for individuals who want to:
understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships
process past experiences
gain clarity around identity, direction, and meaning
Sessions are reflective and insight-focused,
allowing change to unfold in a way that feels natural and lasting.
Available to individuals located in Georgia.
Ways to Work Together
Walk & Talk Therapy
Therapy in motion.
Walk & Talk sessions offer a more natural, grounding environment
for reflection and emotional processing.
This can be especially helpful if:
sitting in a traditional office feels restrictive
movement helps you think and process more clearly
Available in select outdoor locations.
Coaching
A non-clinical space for clarity, alignment, and forward movement.
Coaching is well-suited for:
life transitions
decision-making
identity exploration outside of a clinical context
This work focuses on perspective, direction, and intentional change.
Available to individuals both in and outside of Georgia.
Psychotherapy and coaching are distinct services.
Psychotherapy focuses on emotional and relational healing.
Coaching focuses on clarity, direction, and personal growth.
To ensure you receive the level of care and support you deserve, there are certain situations that are better served in higher levels of care or specialized settings.
At this time, my practice may not be the best fit if you are currently experiencing:
Active suicidal thoughts with intent or recent suicide attempts
Active self-harm behaviors requiring higher levels of support
Psychosis, including hallucinations (e.g., hearing or seeing things others do not) or significant loss of reality testing
Acute mental health crises that require immediate or intensive intervention
Conditions that would benefit from a higher level of care (such as IOP, PHP, or inpatient treatment)
Court-mandated treatment or documentation requests related to legal proceedings
Substance use disorders
In these cases, I strongly recommend connecting with providers or programs that offer more intensive or specialized care. If you’re unsure what level of care is appropriate, I’m happy to help guide you toward the right resources.

Consistency is an important part of meaningful therapeutic work. I require that we begin with weekly sessions for the first 6–8 weeks to build a strong foundation, develop rapport, and support early progress.
After that, we can reassess together and determine whether it feels appropriate to continue weekly or transition to biweekly sessions.
At this time, I offer weekly and biweekly appointments only. If your schedule does not allow for consistent attendance, this practice may not be the best fit.

We are currently considered out-of-network for all insurance except Aetna. We do not contract directly with any other insurance. We made this decision to give clients autonomy in their treatment. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn the details of their process for submitting claims for reimbursement. Insurance companies limit what clinical approaches and how long it should take for a client to complete treatment.
A superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
